These Terms & Conditions apply to the SORAI World Rhino Day Photo Competition (the “Competition”) run by SORAI. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by the following rules:

1. Eligibility

- The Competition is open to SORAI fans worldwide.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Entrants under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.
- Employees of SORAI, affiliated organisations, and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

- Entrants must submit a photo of a rhino via the online competition landing page.
- Photos should feature rhinos in the wild, sanctuaries, or wildlife parks.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

3. Competition Dates

- The Competition opens on World Rhino Day, 22 September 2025.
- The closing date for entries is 23:59 GMT on 17 October 2025.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
- All entries have an equal chance of winning.
- The winner will be announced on 20 October 2025 via @oursorai on Instagram.
- Winners will also be contacted directly by SORAI via Instagram Direct Message.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, SORAI reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Prizes

- 1 x Winner: A limited-edition rhino print signed by Kevin Pietersen plus a SORAI merchandise bundle containing a SORAI RAF Pilot Bag and SORAI Cap (total prize value approx. £250).
- 3 x Runners-up: Each will receive a limited-edition SORAI hat signed by Kevin Pietersen.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

6. Usage Rights

- By entering, participants grant SORAI the right to repost, share, and use submitted photos for promotional purposes with credit given to the entrant.
- Entrants confirm they own the copyright or have the rights to use the submitted photo.

7. Instagram Disclaimer

- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
- By entering, entrants release Instagram of all responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

8. General

- SORAI accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
- SORAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Competition where necessary.
- The decision of SORAI regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.
- Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
