Entry Rules

COMPETITION DEADLINE

The Competition begins at 00:00am GMT on 20/9/24 and ends at 11:59pm GMT on 18/10/24 (the “Competition Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Competition is open to anyone globally who is a registered SORAI Ranger and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must upload their own original wildlife or nature conservation image through the designated competition entry page. Each participant is limited to submitting one image for the competition.

VOTING

Voting is open to all SORAI Rangers and begins immediately after the submission period. Each registered SORAI Ranger may vote once for any image(s) they like through the official SORAI website. Voting is limited to one vote per image per user. Any use of multiple accounts or automated means of voting will result in disqualification. SORAI reserves the right to disqualify any entry or vote that violates these voting rules.

IMAGE GUIDELINES

All submissions must comply with the terms and conditions of the SORAI website and be appropriate for public viewing. Submissions must not contain offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or illegal content. SORAI reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems inappropriate or not in line with the competition's theme.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected based on the image with the most eligible votes on 21/10/24. In the event of a tie, SORAI will select the winner based on creativity, composition, and alignment with the conservation theme. The winner will be announced on the SORAI website within seven (7) days of the close of the Competition.

PRIZE

The winner will receive a limited-edition Wildlife photograph, signed by Kevin Pietersen. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. All delivery costs will be covered by SORAI, and the winner will be contacted for shipping information after the announcement.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the competition entry. The winner must respond within 72 hours of the notification or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. SORAI is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification due to account settings or technical issues.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SORAI and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the Competition, the use of submitted images, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

By submitting an image, entrants grant SORAI a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display the image for promotional purposes across all media platforms. SORAI is under no obligation to use any submitted image.

DISPUTES

All disputes arising from this Competition will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Entrants agree that any claims will be resolved individually in the courts located in London, UK.
